Apple-The “Steve Jobs” founded American multibillion dollar tech giant is known for coming up with highly classy and technologically superior e-gadgets like Iphones, Macbook, Ipads, Smartwatches and a lot more almost every year and each time they outdo themselves in terms of the efficiency and the advanced technology involved in their products which are for the obvious reasons also priced higher as compared to their counterparts by the other companies.
So, On September 12th 2023 the CEO of Apple Inc. Mr. Tim Cook went live on the online video streaming platform YouTube and unveiled what 2023 has to offer for the company and this is how it went….
The event was held with a lot of grandeur at the STEVE JOBS THEATRE IN APPLE PARK , CALIFORNIA. The event started off with a lot of presentations that showcased the journey of Apple through the years and how its has upgraded itself and saved lives through technology.
This time the company assured its users that every product designed this time has a carbon neutral and eco friendly trademark on it based on Apple’s pledge to maximize the use of completely recycled materials in all its products and the whole process ranging from the manufacturing to the final delivery to the user which helps it to achieve its NET-ZERO till 2030. iPhone 15- This particular device has headlined the event this time around courtesy of undergoing a major revolution that was the users’ demand since ages. Finally after such a long wait the older apple based lightning port has been upgraded to the more convenient “TYPE C” port that allows users easy access in terms of the charging cables for their device.
Now, taking the display into consideration the 6’’ inch display is constant as compared to the previous iPhone 14 version. But this time they have provided the users with a ceramic shield display which is a upgrade from the usual glass display. They have also integrated the display with the dynamic island henceforth for all their models which was earlier only available exclusively for the pro models that helps in the live task viewing and easier access of notifications .
The build also has undergone a major change with the phone having a classy titanium build with a color infused back which makes it a lot more tougher and damage resistant but also making its weight lesser than the previous models.
This time apple has also gone for a camera upgrade providing us with a 48mp rear plus a 12mp ultrawide camera with a 12mp front camera as well. The rear camera has been integrated with a 3x and 5x telephoto lens which can capture a more detailed photo with lossless zoom.
Another upgrade has been added in terms of the performance with a new Bionic A17 CPU with the IOS 17 software that provides a more efficient handling of the day to day tasks along with becoming the best gaming worthy apple device till now as it is 20–30% faster than the previous chipset that helps to handle PC and console level games with the special RAY TRACING feature.
It also comes with both the pro and pro max versions with the pro models having a 6’’ and the pro max having a 6.7’’ screen.
There has been a slight hike in the cost due to the obvious upgrades that the device has undergone which makes the PRO MAX version to be priced ranging from $1599 (Approx 1,34,000 INR.) to $1899(approx. 1,50,000 INR.) whereas the PRO version would be priced at $1099(approx. 91,000 INR.).
The user reviews suggested that they expected more from the upgrades considering the hike in the price segments which can be looked upon in the coming days given its recent launch.
APPLE WATCH ULTRA 2/9 Series- This is a very popular series by Apple that always keeps the users intrigued about its features as this is a major product that has always been ahead of the other smartwatches in the market.
This time the performance of the watch 9 has increased by 30% from its previous version . Brightness is also increased to 2000nits now. Basically most of the features from the watch 8 series as still the same but one major upgrade comes in the fact that there is a gesture feature by which when an user double taps his any two fingers together the scrolling function takes place in the watch by using special neural sensors. It uses a all new S9 processor chipset that is a big upgrade to the previous gen.It gives 36hrs hours of playback on fully charged mode now.
The Watch Ultra 2 on the other hand gives 72hrs of playback on a full charge . The brightness has increased to 3000nits now making it one of the brightest smartwatches out there.
The price of the 9 series is at 41,900 INR
Whereas the ultra 2 is priced at 89,900 INR.
APPLE AIRPODS PRO- This has customers a big unsatisfied due to the fact that the only upgrade given was just the integration of the Type C at the charging ports of the airpod cases.
Overall besides all that happened at the launch event on 12th September 2023,Apple also promised more upgrades on various other of its devices that can be a stuff for anticipation for the customers all around the world to say the least but people still somewhere except a drop in prices or increase in upgrades for the devices they are made accessible to.
